Olivia Provost-Walker, M.A.
Psychology Resident
Olivia (she/her) provides assessment and psychological treatment for adults and young adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor related disorders, and emotional dysregulation. While her approach is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavioural and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy frameworks, she also integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment and Emotion Focused Therapies as appropriate to support her clients. Olivia is committed to fostering a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative relationship and recognizing the role of culture, systems, and environments in shaping individual experiences. She has experience working with racialized and 2SLGBTQIA+ clients and is particularly interested in working with these communities.
Olivia is currently completing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University under the supervision of Dr. Martin Antony. She has received training at St. Michael’s Hospital, the Frederick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, and in private practice.
Olivia is currently supervised by Dr. Daniel Peluso, C.Psych. and Dr. Kathryn Walker, C.Psych.
