Clara Freeman

Psychologist

Dr. Clara Freeman is a clinical psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. She primarily uses Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and related evidence-based treatments to help adults struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use problems, anxiety disorders, OCD, and depression.

Dr. Freeman earned her doctorate from McGill University and completed her clinical residency year at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Health Care System. She then undertook postdoctoral training at the Yale School of Medicine. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Freeman is engaged in research on the neurobiology of stress and substance use disorders.
