Dr. Laura Cuttini is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario who works with adults and adolescents. She primarily assesses and treats obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety, panic, phobias, and social anxiety. Dr. Cuttini also works with clients to help them manage stress, perfectionism, and low self-esteem.
Dr. Cuttini primarily works from a cognitive behavioural approach, however, she tailors her treatment to the individual needs of the client and incorporates other modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness.
Dr. Cuttini received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from McGill University. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Allan Memorial Institute in the CBT Service and the Herzl Family Practice Centre in the Teen Health Unit, specializing in mood and anxiety disorders. She also completed training in a variety of other hospital, community, and postsecondary education settings.
